SKILLED WORKER CLASS
How do I know if I qualify for the Skilled Worker Program?
- By completing the Free Eligibility Assessment it will allow us and you, to better understand your eligibility requirements for this category.
Your application to come to Canada as a skilled worker will be assessed on six selection factors and a point system. The six selection factors are:
- Your education
- Your abilities in English and/or French, Canada’s two official languages
- Your experience
- Your age
- Whether you have arranged employment in Canada
- Your adaptability
You must also show that you have enough money to support yourself and your dependants after you arrive in Canada, and pass a medical examination and security and criminal checks.

What other fees must I pay in addition to your professional fees?
Aside from our professional fees, you must also pay the necessary fees to the Canadian government. This consists of a non-refundable processing fee and a fully refundable Right of Landing fee should your case not be successful.

How do I know if I qualify for the Business Class - Entrepreneur Program?
- By completing the Free Eligibility Assessment it will allow us and you, to better understand your eligibility requirements for this category.
- In order to be eligible under the Entrepreneur Program, you must:
- Have business experience.
- Have a net worth of at least CAN $300,000 that was obtained legally.
- Respect the conditions for entrepreneurs after you arrive in Canada

What other fees must I pay in addition to your professional fees?
Aside from our professional fees, you must also pay the necessary fees to the Canadian government. This consists of a non-refundable processing fee and a fully refundable Right of Landing fee should your case not be successful.

INVESTOR
How do I know if I qualify for the Business Class - Investor Program?
- By completing the Free Eligibility Assessment it will allow us and you, to better understand your eligibility requirements for this category.
To qualify as an investor, you must meet specific requirements, for example; you must show that you have business experience and a net worth of at least CAN$800,000 that was obtained legally, to name a few. Before a visa is issued, you must make an investment of CAN$400,000 to CIC.

Self-employed persons
How do I know if I qualify for the Business Class – Self Employed?
- By completing the Free Eligibility Assessment it will allow us and you, to better understand your eligibility requirements for this category.
A Self Employed person is an immigrant who intends and has the ability to be self employed in Canada, in cultural activities, athletics, or in managing a farm. In order to be eligible as a self-employed person, you must:
- Have relevant experience
- Meet the selection criteria for self-employed persons, and
- Meet medical, security and other requirements

What is meant by “cultural activities”?
“Cultural activities” include occupations generally considered to be part of Canada’s artistic and cultural field. Examples include authors and writers, creative and performing artists, musicians, painters, sculptors and other visual artists, technical support and occupations in motion pictures, creative designers, and craftspeople

Family Sponsorship
Who can I sponsor and how do I become a sponsor?
You can sponsor a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent children if you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada. To be a sponsor, you must be 18 years of age or older.
You can apply as a sponsor if your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or accompanying dependent children live with you in Canada, even if they do not have legal status in Canada. However, all the other requirements must be met.
You can also apply as a sponsor if your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent children live outside Canada, and if they meet all requirements.
